Terms of Service

With sent payment, you automatically agree to all my terms. 

Important:

• This document may be looked over and changed once a year.
• I have the right to decline any request at any time.
• You are of course allowed to ask how your commission is going.
• I may use the designs or commissions I have drawn initially in my portfolio or for personal promotion. If you are not okay with that, let me know before!

Do Not:

• Copy, heavily reference, or steal my art or text layouts. 
• Manipulate, edit, trace or copy any artwork from me. Unless permission is given.
• Claim the artwork you have received (via gift, commission, etc.) as created by yourself.

Purchase Information

Payment:

• Payments will only be accepted through PayPal.
• If you fail to pay on time then the transaction will be cancelled and any holds you have on designs or commission slots will be cancelled. 
• It is your job to let me know that you have sent a payment. A simple 'sent' is okay!

Auction:

• Serious bids/offers only - retracting a bid/offer and hiding comments is a bannable offense that can prohibit you from making future purchases.
  
• When bidding, always reply to the highest bidder. If you don't, your bid may be overlooked.

OTA:

• If you buy a design, all of the payment information applies to you.
  
• If  I accept your art offer, you have 2 months to complete the offer. If you fail to complete the art in time, then the design will be released and you will not be able to reclaim it. Any currency that you offered prior will not be refunded.
• You will receive your design after you completed your offer. Not earlier!

Design Information

Purchasing:

• I will only hold a design for 72 hours unless asked for a longer hold. If  you fail to pay within that time frame, the adopt will be released and  you can not claim it again.
• Refunds for designs will not be given; however, you are allowed to regift, trade or sell* said design.
• *You  may resell the design to compensate your original purchase, and you may  sell for more than the original purchase if there is art attached. (I don't mean scribbles, I mean art. In layman's terms: don't monetize off  my design and rip off buyers.)
• Do not resell free designs. Thats rude, ask me if you could resell it if there is art attached. (No scribbles!)

Custom Design Guidelines:

• I will almost always refuse over complicated designs.

Design Rules:

• Once you purchase a design, you can alter it in any way. This includes changing fandoms for designs etc.
• You  must credit me for the original design and original artwork. (To  clarify, you don't have to shout my name every time it's drawn, but if  you put it up on your Toyhou.se or something, please give me credit.)
• You are allowed to upload my illustration of the design to other accounts. (Again, as long as I am credited.)

Commission Information

General:

• Payment before i start the commission. 
• I reserve the right to decline service at any time.
• If you do not wish for your art to be posted, please tell me when you commission me.
• You may repost the art to other sites as long as I am credited.
• Commissioned  art can not be used for commercial purposes if not discussed  beforehand. Explain how you plan to use it, I'm gonna charge more for commercial purposes (that price is also discussible and can change). If not discussed before and I notice you doing that - I'll press charges, you are warned.
• If you’d like something changed that wasn’t in your original description, the change will be fee’d.

Refund Policy

Commissions:

• Commissions that haven’t been started at can be refunded by 50% if you cancel it by yourself - if somehow I am unable to finish your commission you get a full refund.
• Commissions that have been worked on but are not finished can not be refunded.
• Finished commissions can not be refunded.

Custom Designs:

• Custom designs that haven’t been started at can be refunded by 50% if you cancel it by yourself - if somehow I am unable to finish your design you get a full refund.
• Custom designs that have been worked on but are not finished can not be refunded.
• Finished customs can not be refunded.

Punishments

• Minor offenses will work on a three strike basis. After your third strike, you will be blocked and put on a public blacklist. This means you will not be able to interact with me or purchase any of my merchandise. I also let my friends and fellow artist know if you did something especially nice. :3
• Major offenses will get you blocked and put on the blacklist instantly.
