General TOS

- Payment is in USD only via paypal invoice/ directly

- Commerical usage is not always included unless specified, if you want commercial usage, it’s half the og price you bought.

- I can do holds up to a week!

- All adoptables are non-refundable so only bid if you're absolutely serious, please!

- Can be resold, traded or gifted<3

- Can be co-owned as well.

- Only resell for the same price or lower!

- You may give them a name, write your own story, change outfits, colors, etc. However, if it's a closed species, the traits can not be changed!

- Always give me proper credit for the design! My toyhouse: xYumiinae and twitter: shyux11 

- do not claim as your own!

USAGE

- You can use/draw a design only after purchasing it.
- You can draw your bought design as many times as you want, in any way you wish.
- You can use your bought design in comics, books and such, as long as credit is given and CS status is made clear.
- You cannot use my original art to make prints/cups/merchandise in general. However, creating your own art for this purpose is fine.
- Editing a design is possible, but ask me about it BEFORE claiming/purchasing. CS are allowed edits such as scars/tattoos, but anything that is not within the species' standard will be denied. Color changes of any kind are usually allowed, unless the CS has a rarity trait that concerns color.
- Editing my original art file in any way, including removing the watermark, is not allowed.

- If you have ANY question or doubt about this ToS, or about what you can/cannot do with my designs, please ask so BEFORE claiming/purchasing.
