two mercenaries in the desert are bros. a big dude with no magic powers helps out a little dude with lots of magic powers. a ghost gets a weenie crush on a dragon man, and a textile merchant wants her weird horse to stop charging at her girlfriends.  a clairvoyant helps a confused fighter escape from a man-eating monster because he had a weird dream once.
