Hi there! I've been getting an influx of new followers - not a lot, but more than I thought I would! - so I figured I'd give a quick info-thing.

I do not release codes very often. I will also probably not be releasing any codes in the near future, as I am a bit busy! Currently I'm funneling all of my creative time towards things that will make me money, as I am working towards moving out in the next few years. (More long-term, but I live in a very expensive area.) While I enjoy coding, I will probably only be doing code edits (which will not be publicly released, for obvious reasons).

I'm also very busy this summer (as previously mentioned), so if I take a while to get back to you, my apologies! I am on TH at least 2x per day, so if I take more than 3 days to get back to you, feel free to give me a polite poke!

Music commissions are back! They supposedly never left, but unfortunately the last schoolyear was weirdly intensive and my waitlist got pushed to the wayside. I have been working on whittling it down, and it's manageable now! Prices have also been bumped up a little bit, and I'm planning to bump them up again towards the end of summer. (Initial prices reflected a simple piano melody, and now most of my compositions use 3-6 instruments, so. Uh.)

Art commissions are tentatively open, but I don't have any set prices. I would actually like to arttrade atm! Lots of different characters I want art of, + I finally got around to drawing semi-refs of my personal ocs!

> Commercial use rights of my characters and art ARE NOT INCLUDED. They must be bought or negotiated for separately.

> Do not delete my characters off Toyhou.se without my approval. You may post them on other sites (e.g. Refsheet.com) with clear credit a and link to one of my social accounts.

> You may resell/retrade (interchangeably) this character UNLESS you acquired them for free, in which case they must get at least one (1) MQ-HQ artwork, writing piece, or other creation attached to their account before going back on the market. This is not a very restrictive rule; "MQ-HQ" means, in my mind, that you did not scribble for five minutes and then attempt to resell.
    -  I do count art trades as adding worth to a character. As long as you did not steal/scam/flake out on your side of the trade, you have worked for the piece of art and it is valued as such UNLESS the creator of the art itself does not consent to this.

> You may not sell my adopts for bitcoin, make them into an NFT/tokenize them, or involve them in anything related to cryptocurrencies. I'm happy to discuss my reasons in a mature way, but this is a hard rule.

> If you would like me to change the tradeability settings, PM and we can discuss. Most often, the settings simply reflect whether they were sold, traded, or used in a forum game, and I am happy to change them.

> The character's gender, age, and design are completely yours to change once you have the adopt. HOWEVER, you may not make them a tr*p, f*mboy, l*li, sh*ta, or in any way derogatory or offensive.
These terms are related to pedophilia and/or frequently used as slurs against the trans community. 

> Any homo/trans/ace/etc.-phobic terms are prohibited, and users who use them to formally refer to the adopts (e.g. not as part of backstory/not discussed as the serious issues they are) are not permitted to own, use, or sell these adopts. This also applies to racist slurs and language.
You may use them/give them backstories where they deal with these topics; do it with respect and be sure to use trigger warnings if you want to pursue this.

> If you draw, write, or otherwise depict NSFW of this character, they must be CLEARLY STATED and clearly drawn to be 18+ (or the age that is considered a legal adult in your country, IF it is higher.)
    -  Nonsexual nudity/figure studies/reference sheets do not fall under this. Use your best judgement.

> Do not attempt to add rules to this adopt if you resell/trade/etc. You may add rules to any art that you personally create (commercial use/edits/etc.) but the original design is bound only by this T.O.S. specifically.

Art/Music/Writing Terms of Service

- I must be paid either half or full upfront, unless the payment is greater than $50, in which case we can agree on a payment plan.

- I reserve the right to use the compositions as examples. I will not resell, retrade, or otherwise profit off of them; however, I am allowed to share them as my work and in portfolios.

- I must always be clearly credited for my work, and there must be links back to my account, social media, or website. These are linked at the bottom of this post.

- MY WORK MAY NOT BE USED IN NSFW OR OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT. My art and music is not permitted to be used in conjunction with racist, LGBTQ-unfriendly, heavily gory, or otherwise objectionable media. I am happy to clarify if necessary.

- The base price for my work DOES NOT include the rights to commercial use! If you want to use it commercially, the price is (at minimum) doubled. 

- I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time and for any reason. I will always provide that reason, the work I have finished so far, and we can negotiate how much payment I receive for partial work completed. If I do not complete any of the work, you will receive a full refund (minus processing fees).

- My work is not eligible for resale UNLESS counted as a piece of "character art" and transferred with the character, in which case it is worth however much you paid for it.

- Circulating my work on social sites without permission, claiming it as your own, editing/tracing, or otherwise disrespecting my work is not permitted. This is art theft and I will treat it as such. You MAY post it with clear credit visible (see below) if you receive permission.

- BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU AGREE TO MY T.O.S. My T.O.S. are subject to change and remain binding for as long as you own my work.
