I'm EO on my entire toyhouse, as the title says. Will be very very tent with some, but I can't afford anything right now and I need to at least open up the possibility of selling my ocs. If I don't respond I'm either thinking about it or declined the offer (sorry for not responding to these, I have massive anxiety and it's hard for me to say no to people)

Ownership of My Designs
- You are allowed to sell my designs for more than you bought them for AS LONG AS they have at least one piece of extra art.
- EX; You have purchased a design from me for $10, and you resell without art, you would then be able to sell it for $10. Extra art (by others, either in a trade or commissioned) counts as extra art towards selling for a higher amount than purchased. Personal art counts, but I would prefer if more than one piece of personal art was made before selling for a higher amount.
- FREE ART DOES NOT COUNT; this includes gift art and anything made for your character through ArtFight.
- You are allowed to make changes to designs you receive from me, so long as credit is still directed back to me for the original design and the original image must not be deleted (can be on a separate tab though).
- I prefer having every design I create be credited to me on toyhou.se and uploaded accordingly.
- Therefore, you MUST have a toyhou.se to own my designs.
- Once you are in the possession of my design, you own full rights to the design, but NOT the art. *
Designs that I make that you wish to use for commercial use (ex; for streaming, merch, etc) have a separate price associated with them. Please contact me for rates.
My Art, Art Usage, and Art Commissions
- My turnaround can range from 1 day to 2 months, depending on what my schedule is like. I will ALWAYS make it a goal to finish your commission in a timely manner.
- I take payment before I start a commission. I sometimes make an exception to pay after the sketches are shown.
- You may not use my personal work, or art commissioned by anybody else, under any circumstance unless given explicit permission.
- * I own full rights to the art I make. This includes:
- My right to post the art as examples/in my portfolio, with credit to you as the designer/credit to the designer/credit to the owner.
- I am NOT comfortable drawing:
- Heavy NSFW / kink / fetish work
- From IRL photos (pets are an exception, but a rare one)
- Do not steal/kin/etc my ocs. Taking light inspiration when creating designs is okay by me, so long as that design was not a custom commission/a design of mine that is owned by another person. I would appreciate a tag or a mention at the character of mine that you were inspired by.
- LIGHT inspiration is things such as overall theme, some/most colors, one or two general details.
- I don't mind if you add my characters to dreamies lists.

My life has been VERY hectic these past months, and my greatest apologies if I haven't responded/gotten back to you/finished what I owe. I tend to struggle with really, REALLY bad anxiety if I forget to respond to messages and then I can never bring myself to do it (trying to get better!)
That being said:

Okay I’m going to be like. Racing through customs trying to make money. I’m doing customs like this for $10 which is CONSIDERABLY cheaper than my usual customs ($35). $10 will get you a ref like shown with one accessory (no clothes, the accessories in these are the collars) $15 will get you a clothed ref! I prefer to work with feminine designs. If you’d like one, send me a moodboard and species and I can get to work. I’ll be raising my prices again soon!
