This applies to all designs I created.

• You may change the design however you wish so long it remains recognizable.
  
  
• Feel free to sell/trade/gift, unless stated otherwise in the permissions.
  
  
• Credit me for the original design using my Toyhou.se username (Kazan).
  
  
• Flipping  designs is not permitted; this includes but is not limited to: selling  freebies without additional art (ask me to change the freebie character  settings if you added more art and want to sell) and reselling for a  higher price than bought.
  
  
• You may not use my designs for any commercial purposes.
  
  
• You may not transfer my designs onto a closed/semi-open/open species. As of 02/02/2023, you may. Transferring a design into for example a dutch angel dragon is allowed. My TOS still applies to the design after the  transfer. If any designs were turned into closed species before that date, it was without my explicit consent thus not permitted. Turning my designs into a brand new non existing species is not though. 
  
  
• You cannot add additional rules to my designs when you sell/trade/gift them to others.
  
  
• Please do not heavily inspire a design off of mine.
