My TOS is pretty simple; 

✧ I take paypal, cashapp, venmo, kofi, gift art & character trades as payment, dm here or on discord (toadstool.admirer)~!

✧ payment plans are allowed for commissions/purchases over $100 USD, feel free to browse my kofi listings & DM me about any questions about pricing! 

✧ I'll allow an initial deposit payment before sketch, then the rest of payment after you're happy with my sketch after changes! 

✧ Trading/Purchase allows you change almost whatever you want about the character as it evolves with you, but please keep the character recognizable if I am the creator!

✧ Once purchased/traded, feel free to change the chara's name, design elements (keep them recgnizable), pronouns, etc.! 

((if you wanna do a total overhaul of a character I DESIGNED or CREATED, PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST~!))

✧ FOLLOW ORIGINAL OWNER (for traded charas & commissioning art of an OC you didn't create) T.O.S AS WELL!!

✧ Credit me and other artists with the og design and for our artwork/refs. 

✧ Properly credit any other artists who've done artwork of the character!

✧ I am willing to hold for you on adopts/preclaims~ just ask!

✧ Max hold is 2 WEEKS unless we agree on a longer time!

DON'T:

 ✧ put my art/characters through AI 

✧ use my art/charatcers I create in any illegal material (CP, bestiality, zoophilia, etc.)

✧ sell characters I create for more than you paid UNLESS more art/value is added!
