By adopting any designs from me/adopting a design from someone else that was created by me, you agree to the following terms:

• You must credit my designs/art to my toyhouse,  deviantart, or instagram
• You may not remove the signature on my art, trace it, repost it, or claim it as your own. (posting images on toyhouse/other storage sites does not qualify as reposting)
• Please do not resell any adopts you receive for a price greater than you bought it for, unless there is additional art
• Please don't resell free adopts for real currency even if it has extra art. Trading/gifting is just fine though!
• As a general rule, don't use my designs for commercial purposes. Feel free to ask for permission though - I may bend this rule on a case by case basis
• Edits to the design are fine, as long as the original design is still credited to me
• I reserve the right to change these rules if I feel it is necessary

I will not revoke designs from you if you break these rules, but depending on the severity you could be added to my blacklist and I won't sell designs to you again.
