1. You may upload my art as long as it is credited to one of my socials on any character site such as toyhouse, stash, charahub and so on. I do not like my art reposted to socials such as insta, twitter, and deviant art. I will do that on my own art socials and of course credit you as the owner of the character and piece./ also any character designer.

2. It is your art, but I may use the piece as an example of my work for future commissions. Please note others may see this art! I will of course have it watermarked.

3. You can not claim my art as your own.

4. Please never trace my art to use as a base or completely.

5. Never claim my ych as yours nor copy them as a base or sell them. I don't own the pose, but I do own my line work.

6. I do not do refunds. I send wips there it is crucial for any changes to be voiced. Depending I can edit the piece while it is almost complete as long as I'm not 100% done. Of course I want you to be happy with the purchase! Please message me and talk.

7. Do not edit my art.

8. My free art dose not add to the value of the character.

9. Please make sure you read what you are buying. I don't wanna make anyone upset for wanting fully colored works piece but only being paid the cost of a flat.

Customs

1. Please note I may use the character art and design to show case my work.

2. When I post to art socials I will of course credit the character to the owner and watermark.

3. You may use the design however you want, but I must be credited when the character is used in profitable work such as, webcomics, youtube inserts, mascots, and so on.

4.When uploading the character please credit me as the designer.

5. Any species customs require a slot, unless it is a Marighoul (which has an 8$ fee to cover a slot) or Mishkas (No extra cost). Must show the slot and any species traits to verify legitimacy.

6. Customs can be any way you want including more outfits. Please note that extras may include costs for the extra work required.

7. Characters are only worth how much you've paid for the designed and commissioned art.

8. Free customs may not be resold unless there has been commissioned work AND PLEASE keep pay stubs.

9. Keep your pay stubs as proof, guys ! I can't catch everything.

10. Please make sure you understand what you are buying. I don't wanna be mean not giving you completely shaded the works coloring when I'm only paid for flats and there was no mention of what you really want.

11. No refunds.

12. Light edits can be made, but I still must be credited with the design.

Adopts

1. No refunds.

2. Light edits may be done, but I am still to be credited for the design.

3. Any species adopts can be edited but please use the species guidelines.

4. I only do holds for 24 hours.

5. Serious buyers only. I don't wanna do a hold and lose a sale for someone who has no intention of buying.

6. You can do as you wish with your character, but please don't make them a child and sexualize them.

7. Gender is up to you, but my designs tend to look more fem.

8. Purchased adopts can be resold for what they were bought. You may also add to the value by commissioning art.

9. Please keep pay stubs of your purchase to prove the value easier.

General

1. I can edit, add and remove to my own terms.

2. I do not do fetish art. Don't ask.

3. Don't be offended if I ask proof of age when commissions nsfw. If I can't find it on your medias most likely I'll reject the com.

4. No nsfw of or for minors. Don't ask or blocks are in order

5. I am 95% a chibi artist. If you don't like my art or the fact this is all I draw, then please comment else where verses being rude and telling me I have to do non chibis c':

6. I have the right to decline if the character has any reason I find I can't draw them.

7. I won't draw any political art/ anything transphobic/ fatphobic/ antigay and so on.

8. Please don't message me for free art. I do this for friends or members of species I am in... Or art fight.

9. Don't message me if you only want to criticize me or harass me.

10. I do not do art for exposure.

11. Art trades I might start before I see a wip, but I will send a wip to prove I have at least started. I may send another wip of finished art if I am waiting on your end to show I am done cause I understand the worry of art trades no being completed.

I'd appreciate mascots used on merch to at least mention me somewhere as the mascot designer.

If You commission me to do merch designs then the price would be a little higher as a flat rate verses a royalty rate. I would still like credit as well.
