Hey yall, not sure why but as of late i've been finding out about a lot of stolen designs by me, specifically older ones from before i shifted my adopts completely to toyhouse (to avoid this problem). What's unfortunate is that I'm not even aware of these fake profiles until real buyers who *think* they have the real design come to me for credits on them. Overall, confirming credits on designs is just really stressful when no proof is provided for me that the profile is legit. I do take responsibility for not switching to toyhouse earlier than I did to prevent this issue and for not making my watermarks larger and more visible in the past, and I'd be happy to try to track down any original buyers of older designs to see if they were ever handed down, but that is all I can do. I am currently having trouble trying to log into my instagram from both my phone and PC, so I cannot track down any previous buyers from there as of now (some designs sold in 2020-2021). I will try other means to access it because i don't want to be locked out anyway like wtf instagram.

I'm very sorry to do this, but for the future, if you are requesting credits from me on an older design that does not already have a toyhouse profile, please DM me with screenshots/proof of the original purchase from me from whoever you've received the design from. Otherwise, there's not much I can do and I refuse to accept credits on designs mindlessly without proof that they came from the real buyers.

  • any changes are fine as long as the design isn't a completely different character than the original lol.
• Create/commission art of the design.
  • This includes traditional art, fursuits, physical items, etc. 
  • NSFW/fetish art is fine, too.
• Resell, trade, or transfer. (value doesn't matter)
• Create stories or traits of the character, or ship them with other characters. It's free roam, baby.

• Sell an adopt for a higher price than you initially purchased from me without adding value to it (i.e. adding value via commissioning/creating more art of them, etc.).
• Private or delete the design profile on toyhouse.
• Remove the credits to me.
• Create offensive/hateful art with the design.
  • i.e. art promoting racism, sexism, homophobia, etc.
