THE OVERSEERS

Those who were born from the Rot and live in the matriarchal cult of Decay. Dubbed "Overseers" by outsiders, they are a combat-based society that ranks their people based on the number of eyes adorned on their masks and body. Each Seer is named after different letters of numerous alphabets.
