Kaylee is obsessed with conspiracy theories and often spends a lot of her time watching videos on them but as she is just about to graduate from high school, she needs to focus her time on studying and earning money for college. She just got accepted at the local convenience store for a nightshift job and is really excited to start working. She starts her first day with her co-worker's Amora and Camron, but something feels off. She starts restocking shelves when suddenly some supernatural monstrosity attacks the store. Max explains this is a normal occurrence and that it's their job to slay these beasts. Now Kaylee has a decision to make: risk her safety and fuel her craving for learning about and getting close to the unknown, or protecting herself but never receiving the answers she desires.
