BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU ARE AUTOMATICALLY AGREEING TO THE TERMS BELOW.

These are subject to chance for any reason, and you must follow those too.

I. OWNERSHIP.

▶ You may not claim the original artwork as your own. 

▶ After receiving the original artwork in it's full size and quality, you can do what you wish with it and post it where you want, as long as credit is given when asked. 

▶ I have the right to still use the artwork as an example of my art.

▶ Do not remove my signature from the original artwork.

II. TRACING/PLAGIARISM.

▶ Just because you have commissioned me for art, does not give you the right to trace it.

▶  You are not allowed to recolor your commission and claim as your own.

▶ You are allowed to alter small aspects of the design if you wish (accessories, small markings, scars, etc.) If you are not sure about a change, please contact me.

III. PAYMENT

▶ I accept Points on some things, and Paypal on others. They are outlined in my Commission Info. Submit money through "Goods and Services" only.

▶ Payments will be made after a rough sketch of your commission is sent to you and you agree to move on with the drawing.

▶ I will not continue your commission until the payment is made. 

▶ If I receive no contact from you within 48 hours after the rough sketch has been issued, then I will scrap it/reuse the sketch for something else.

▶ I have the right to refund/refuse your money for whatever reason.

▶ Refunds will only be given before the line art is finished. Refunds will not be given once the commission is fully finished. I gave you multiple chances to say you didn't like it, and you not liking it is not my fault.

IV. PROCESS

▶ Please send me a complete and easy to understand reference or description, along with ways to contact you.

▶ Before asking for payment, I'll send a watermarked rough sketch of what your drawing will look like to you. If you like it, you'll pay, and I will continue to the line art.

▶ I will send another watermarked update when I begin coloring to make sure I get everything right, and to give you a chance to correct me if I get anything wrong.

▶ When I am finished, I will send you a watermarked full color for final approval, then the commission is yours, un-watermarked.

▶ Individual commissions may take up to three days to finish. If I have other commissions that came before you, it could take a few weeks to get to yours. It is first come, first serve.

▶ If for whatever reason I seem to not be working on your commission when I should have, please contact me.

V. BLACKLIST

▶ If you break any of the rules stated here, I will put you on a blacklist here for EVERYONE to see.

▶ Those listed below are not allowed to own any artwork by me under any circumstances:
