A story about a group of dragonets in a prophecy to choose the next queen out of 3- wait haven't we done this already?

ROF is a story about a group of dragonets who realize they're living in a time loop after noticing that they're experiencing the same events as other have years ago. They have to break out of this curse before reaching the end of the story and therefor resetting with a new group once again.
