Branch LC-U-7 is a branch made of some of the most airheaded sinners of Limbus. Many of these sinners have experienced some form of distortion that have warped their sense of person and how they percieve the world, and thus are often hard to manage. However, due to the dilligent work of their manager, this branch is surprisingly high functioning.
