1. you can't claim the art i draw for you as yours, as if you made it, it's always the artist's (me)
2. do's and dont's are below! please don't insist or get angry if i'm not comfortable drawing your character, it's usually for this reason or because i don't feel like i have the skill to do it good (if you ever make me draw any of the characters on my dont's list by not telling me they are, you'll be banned from any new commission from me, this has happened to me before)
3. please don't upload to deviantart, instagram, facebook, tumblr or any other social media besides toyhouse, even with credit
4. send accurate references! (if your reference has a filter and after the commission it's done you tell me to change the colors i won't, that's why i ask for details)
5. don't edit (change/add colors), trace or make profit of my art (selling some as prints)
6. if you want me to show the process please tell me! i usually do it all at once but you can tell me
7. if you have an specific date you want the commission one, please tell me, i may not be able to do it in time if you dont tell me
8. if you have a doubt if your character falls into my dont's category please ask me!

I have some questions--- You say no characters related to magic but you have drawn characters who are related to magic before, including recently. You even drew a CS that was specifically labeled as undead creatures brought back, so I am feeling kind of confused by your information? You say CS are fine but that would contradict your T.O.S for some of them in my opinion.

So... like...

I saw you were fine with drawing Oni's in the comments but, those are literally demon characters along with celestial beings would fall under the category of a god to me... So is it specifically like--- creatures that are a part of the dark arts or would this include light/holy arts as well? What about characters like fairies? Would those fall under the magic relation because fairies are magic related? I am just--- unclear by the T.O.S...

i did???? onis arent just some mythological creatures??? omg okay um those characters i drew i had no idea used magic?? also, there are some creatures that fall into fantasy and not always require magic like mermaids... ive had a few times people change their characters info before commissioning me and when im done they add their previous magic related info too... not saying this is the case but im honestly taken aback with this, can i message you to ask you what specfic characters youre talking about?

Would you be okay with drawing a character in a werewolf species I made up? They're basically people with puppy ears and tails.

They don't change into those horrific monstrous versions in movies. They're very human, and have a kingdom and a king.

I understand if not! I have also had problems with the Paranormal irl. It scared me very badly.

okay just wanted to make sure! bc you are one of my fav artists and id love to commisson you but a lot of my ocs are "monsters" also i have to totally agree with you on how lightly people take spiritism. i constantly have to tell others not to say w*ndigo or insult the f*e or make jokes about Zeus or the gods.

Heyy, are any of these okay?
Celestial beings, super power/gifted types, aliens, cutesy oni inspired characters, god-like (superior) beings with super powers?
Basically all my characters look like they belong in the MHA universe because I love sci-fi x fantasy. Only a few of them are labeled as true magic users, the rest are basically aliens or supers
