Violations to the Terms of Service will result in being blocked and having your username be posted in my blacklist.

General Rules:

1. Do not claim my art as your own.
2. You can resell the designs at any price you want.
3. All money payments will be done via PayPal invoices in USD.
4. All of my designs are personal use only such as collecting, role play and original character development. Feel free to discuss commercial usage for me!
5. Alterations to the designs are allowed, alterations to my artwork is not!
6. Whitewashing is NOT tolerated.
7. Do not use my designs for NFTs or/and feed to A.I.!
8. Designs may be held for a user for 48 hours (extensions may be discussed).
9. Character ownership and character files will only be transferred after full payment has been received.

1. I reserve the right to post my work on public social media platforms.
2. I reserve the right to ban anyone who breaks the Terms of Service. This includes but is not limited to the harassment of any individuals, scamming, theft, filing refund/chargeback, etc.
3. Please keep the original design I made with the new design!
4. Edits from me will have a fee.
5. I will never revoke a design unless a chargeback happens. Once it is rightfully in your hands, it is yours!
