2. Gifting, trading and re-selling are allowed. Reselling must not be at a higher price than what was paid for it in the beginning, unless extra art is present.

3. You're not allowed to use my artwork and designs for any commercial purposes.

4. I send characters through th or email only after i get the full payment 

5. Payment only via paypal

6. Do not remove my signature from my art

7. No refunds sorry

8. You can use/draw a design only after purchasing it.

9. You can draw your bought design as many times as you want, in any way you wish.

10. Claim properly to start the adoption. 'I'll take him/her', 'I want to buy him/her', 'Can I have them?' are examples of acceptable claims. 'I'd really like him/her', 'Mine' and/or inquiries about price/status/etc are not acceptable claims. A claim starts when I have received a clear intention of purchase.
