Terms of Service

By purchasing artwork from me you agree to the terms listed below.
These terms are subject to change.

General

• My artwork may be altered as long as it's still clearly my work. Credit must still be given to me.
• A link to this terms of service will be sent with an invoice to any payment above 30 USD. 
• Wait time is maximum 1 month.
• Any artwork purchased may not add above $5 more to a character's value than what it was purchased for unless otherwise agreed upon.. Ex: If a character is worth $20 and you purchase art from me worth $10, the character cannot be worth more than $35 (unless its creator's T.O.S allows.)
• I reserve the right to use the artwork made for you for commission examples.
• You are free to repost my work, however credit is always required.
• You may not profit off of my artwork. Creating personal physical merchandise is fine, though.
• I reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason. If this occurs, you will be refunded depending on the progress of the commission.
• If I find you to not be crediting me (or any base creator if it's an adoptable) you will be blacklisted.
  
  

• Payment is due upfront unless stated otherwise.
• Real world currency transactions will be in USD.
• Payment will be via PayPal unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis.
• If I take longer than 1 month to complete your work and a sketch is not started you may ask for a refund.
• If a sketch is completed a partial refund will be given.
• If the work is almost complete and will only take me 2 more weeks to finish, you are not eligible for a refund.
• Payment will be through PayPal as via an invoice on any transaction above $30. Any below that threshold can be sent in without an invoice.
• I do commissions for petsite game currencies as well. These include Flight Rising and Lioden. Please see the conversion rates below.
• Flight Rising: 100,000 treasure = 100 gems = 1 USD
• Lioden: 2,000 silver beetles = 2 gold beetles = 1 USD
  
  

• Adopts may not be sold for more than $5 profit unless other artwork is purchased for the character. Then they may be sold for the original purchase price + added artwork costs. (+$5 if you wanted to profit.)
• If artwork is added but was not purchased, this will add value to the adopt within reason. (This is to prevent people from purchasing adopts for cheap, making a sketch and reselling at a 5x markup.)
• If you want to sell an adopt for above $5 more than it's purchase price, ask.
• If I find you to be purchasing adopts to flip them repeatedly (whether it be for the $5 or more) you will be blacklisted.
• I prefer if you have a ToyHouse when purchasing adopts. If you don't, I will happily help you track down a code. 
• I will upload all adoptables to ToyHouse myself to ensure proper crediting and image quality.
• Base creators must be credited if a base is used.
• Characters may not be used for commercial purposed unless I give explicit permission.
• Designs may be tweaked as long as credit is still given to me and the design is recognizable as my own.
• If you are unhappy with a custom design, let me know and we can work something out.
  
  

• My artwork does not add more than what it was purchased for to a character's total value by more than $5.
• Purchased artwork may be cropped and edited as needed for use in profile pictures.
• Purchased artwork may be used/printed on physical merchandise for personal use.
• Purchased artwork may not be distributed for a profit.
  
  

• You may request as many edits/suggestions as you'd like during the sketch phase. Massive/excessive edits will tack on additional charges. (You will be alerted beforehand.)
• Once the lineart phase is complete, up to 3 edits can be made, or more as long as they are simple. Massive/excessive edits will tack on additional charges. (You will be alerted beforehand.)
• Once the work is complete I am only willing to make a few minor edits.
• For adoptables, you may request as many changes/suggestions as you'd like within reason. Excessive edits will tack on additional charges. (You will be alerted beforehand.)
• I will send progress updates throughout the process. I prefer to exchange discords so it's easier to communicate throughout this process.
  
  

• Retracting an offer will lead to an automatic blacklist.
• Auction rules will be posted wherever the auction is held.
• Hostility will not be tolerated. I will blacklist those who are hostile.
• Chargebacks result in an automatic blacklist.
