Reselling is fine as long as you do not resell for more than you bought the character you bought a character or, you have commissioned more of the character since then

Trading and Gifting is also fine, but I ask that I am notified of any transfers that take the characters off the site

Editing any art/designs I do for characters is fine as long as I am credited for the original piece (Same rules apply to reposting)

When owning a character made by me, I will not acknowledge co-owners. As far as I'm concerned there's only one owner.

Any design changes are fine as long as the original design is created to me

When getting characters from me, feel free to give them alternate forms, outfits, put them in different universes, etc. but please don't split them into twins/siblings/doppelgangers/etc without asking me first

As for commercial rights, feel free to use that design in things such as merch/games/designs/comics/ etc. as long as you don't claim to design them. However, this does not mean you can use my art for these things, you may only use art you have made or commissioned and got permission to use

I reserve the right to edit and revise my terms at any time
