HauntedHavik’s Design T.O.S.

1) All my designs have a cooldown of 3 weeks (21 days) after being purchased. Please do not re-sell my designs turning that time

2) If reselling one of my designs without extra art do not sell the character for more than the amount you paid for it.
     •If you make extra art for the character or you commission art or the character, the worth of those art pieces can be added to the re-sale value

     • Gifted/requested/any type of free art cannot be used to add monetary worth to one of my dslesitnrs 

3) I don’t care about redesigns being done to designs I make, but please wait to redesign them until the three week cooldown is over

4) If payment for one of my designs is incomplete you cannot sell them

5) Don’t remove my toyhouse credit from a design’s profile 

6) I have the right to refuse a sale for any reason
