**These rules must be obeyed when an adopt is bought from me, or else you'll be blacklisted from receiving my designs**

.: FOR ALL ADOPTS / GENERAL RULES :.

*First come, first serve.
*I only do holds for 1 week. Friends and Trusted Buyers are able to request longer holds.
*I can haggle Prices for Friends and Trusted Buyers.
*I only accept Deviantart points and Paypal as currency. (Donating to my Ko-fi is also acceptable payment)
*When you draw/use the Adopt, Credit me as Lunadoptz or Luna-Lazuli for the Design. (you don't have to tag me every time)
*After you've Bought the Adopt, you are Allowed to Change the Design as long as it is recognizable to the original.
*You May only Resell for the amount you bought it for (extra art is an exception) after you've had the Adopt for 4 Months, and Please Notify me if you do Resell. also don't buy the adopt just to resell it after the 4 month period-
*If you want a separate file of your purchased adopt, just ask as I don't automatically make them. (mostly for large batches of adopts)
*Any Similarities to another Existing Design is 100% Coincidental.
*If I don't get Payment within 48 hours, The Adopt will be Open again to others.
*Don't steal/heavily reference my designs or artwork. this will result in you being permanently blocked and added to my Blacklist.
*Do not make species out of my more "unique" adopts. I enjoy making very diverse creatures/aliens for creative freedom, not for you to take credit for my hard work. Plus, I've got plenty of original creatures being planned/designed for all to have and share.
*Please DON'T use any of my adopts for commercial uses. you may make shirts, plushes, badges, etc. based of them for yourself but don't sell them for any form of currency.
