This TOS is not going to ever alter massively, and a lot of them are no-brainers, but please still read
These are not optional
- !!!!ALWAYS PM ME HERE ON TOYHOUSE BEFORE "BUYING" AN OC, even if I say it's me and you think it is!!!
- Do not trace/recolor/copy/"inspire"/use/etc my Art or Characters
- Do not resell my designs or art for more than it is worth, Unless they have been added onto with art. This also includes bundles, don't sell my designs in bundles unless the character profiles are directly related for some reason.
- Characters that you get from me cannot be deleted off of toyhouse, otherwise you'll be blacklisted.
- By commissioning me or getting a character from me, you agree to have your piece by me shown as an example (this includes personal commission based promotional art and personal social media postings)
- You cannot sell a design if you got it for free from me, but can only gift or re-raffle it. (Raffles, Giveaways, Free's) THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS IF YOU SPENT MONEY ON ART FOR SAID CHARACTER!
- I have the right to cancel any commission at any point for any reason and give a full refund if it was payed at all.
- DO NOT USE MY ART AS COMMERCIAL USE FOR ANY REASON, Designs of mine are perfectly fine for commercial use as long as it's not the art I've made of em
- You are allowed to make "children" and separate alt designs of characters YOU OWN as long as they are sold and traded directly with the original design. The only exception is if the child design is unique enough to be it's own. Just to be safe, do message me if you do this showing my design and the child one and i'll determine if they are unique enough.
- ANY DESIGN IN THE PAST I HAVE MADE that is BASED ON A COPYRIGHTED CHARACTER CANNOT BE SOLD. At the time of creation I didn't realize that it was wrong, so unless you have redesigned them away enough from their source design, they cannot be sold.

If you have a character going ufo or being redesigned, ping me! I'd love to see what you've changed them to or if your trading a design I made that I'm proud of and I may offer on it! This definitely isnt required and I won't blacklisted or anything for not doing so, It's just that I like to see what people are doing with their beans. Some designs I really don't want getting changed a lot as it may loose the charm, particularly on designs i've worked hard on and have lot of art or are higher quality. But YKNOW, I'm not going to stop you.

With those if you redesign them, I may give permission to separate the characters into two different ones if I feel the character has been lost through redesign, both characters my still have to be traded as one character though however thats only if the designs are separated into different profiles. I'll never tell you you cannot redesign or trade them, they are your characters.
