29\04\23 update-> from this date on I'll NO LONGER be accepting full holds for adopts, unless:
- I've made business with you before and know you're a trustworthy person (exception for this would be friends\mutuals)
- A hold deposit is made: this can be as lower as 15% of full adopt price and is non refundable. This is a safe deposit so I know you're not just trying to waste my time.
- If you need more time to pay me PLEASE let me know instead of just ghosting me; Max time I'll wait without notice is 2 days before putting the adopts back up for sale.

You can:
❤Change the character as you wish as long as you keep the credits for the original piece\design.
❤Change their species to fit your liking!
❤️ I do allow some minor edits to my art as long as you contact me about it first!
❤Please contact me before voiding any closed species designs I made; Be sure to let me know if you're turning a one-off I made into a CS aswell!
❤ Trade the design for art, other characters or gift\give away.
❤ Resell as long as you don't go over what you paid for. You'll only be able to charge more for the character if extra art is added. Please be fair and be sure to check ownership information for base value.
* Characters obtained by trades and raffles have a base value of 0$. You may only resell them if additional art is commissioned! (personal art is fine too! But please be fair when pricing!)

Don't:
✖ Resell the character for more than what you've paid for unless more art is added\commissioned.
✖ Copy or trace my art and designs. I don't mind some inspiration but please don't highly reference my stuff!
✖ Put the character in any scenario that may be taken as disrespectful\criminal.
✖ Void closed species characters I designed without letting me know
✖ Reselling characters obtained by trades without adding extra art.

You'll be warned if any of the rules is broken so you have the chance to fix it. If you don't you'll be blacklisted and blocked.

TOS question for ya, a design of yours is being resold but the user is doing an auction for it. They have added art but it is only personal art, is this allowed? I don't want to offer money for a design until I'm sure.

I actually wasn't expecting something like this so I'm a bit puzzled as well 😅. I mean, I don't actually have anything on my TOS regarding auctioning my designs but to be fair I never thought this could ever happen. So while I don't feel completely comfortable on how much value was added by a single personal art piece (considering this character's base value is 20USD) I'm not going to say to not bid on it as I don't feel like I have a say on other people art's value; But I'll for sure be adding a new topic on my TOS about this to avoid any future discomfort. Thank you for letting me know!
