YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO:

•Re-upload, Publish, or Distribute my character(s) on Toyhou.se. or any other website.

•You may not roleplay as any of my character(s). You may not ship my characters with yours (unless I agree to it).

•You are NOT allowed to trace, use, or steal artwork from Character Galleries. Do not even use it as a profile picture. A lot of that art is stuff that isn't drawn by me and was commissioned by another artist. By breaking the above, you're actually breaking the terms of another artist!

•Do not manipulate my characters. Making Kayla's hair purple and giving her a purple ribbon then changing her personality does not make her yours.

•Do not miscredit me. If I came up with the concept or even the design as a whole, Please credit me. I don't care as much as if I made something for you (like an art piece), I won't force you to credit me if I have made artwork for you, but if someone DOES happen to ask who made it, Please link me and say I made it. I will not tolerate theft.

•Characters outside the "UFT" (Up For Trade) and "WIP" (Work In Progress) are obviously not for trade. Please do not ask!

•Do not purpose my characters in a sexual manner. I shouldn't even need to explain why. It's disgusting.

•You may not do anything listed/not-listed with my characters without my consent.

If you are suspicious and think a character might belong to me, Please immediately write me a Private Message and I will look into it. The same goes for artwork, if I am being miscredited please also write me a private message. Pretending to be me and theft is not tolerated.

YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO:

•You may draw my characters (even as a surprise) as long as you show me your artwork!

•You may ask to roleplay with me with my characters. I'm more keen to say no but you can always ask! I'm not familiar with roleplaying with strangers.

•You may leave comments, and put individual favorites on all old/new character picture(s). If you do, Thank you! I really appreciate it!

•You may be inspired off character palettes, but do not heavily copy them.

•Ask about Art Trades/Commissions.

Something that is not listed here, PLEASE ask me about it on this bulletin and I'll reply to you ASAP!

Notes; This is a little less important information but it's more or less nice to know it.

All characters created by me ALL are my original concept and have been inspired off things, Oc's such as Kayla are childhood characters. Which hold a lot of value to me, I desperately ask you never take them from me. The ideas for them come to me like magic when I create them.

ScribbleRibbon is my best friend and is the only person that doesn't have to follow these guidelines exactly. For example, if they really wanted they could make me a gift or draw me my character and not show me until needed, like for a birthday present. I trust her my characters. Respect the authority I'm allowing her to have. As that's only one of many.
