it was fun - mostly what we did was go see the new puss in boots movie, and it was really good. my dad and i are planning to see it again this weekend
also dad and i ended up arriving to iowa at about 3 in the morning (google maps originally said we'd be there slightly after midnight... must've taken a weird turn at some point). at least i brought my cds

oh yeah, definitely - i remember liking the first puss in boots when it came out (i was maybe 6 or 7) but i think this one was even better
we also watched the stop-motion animated pinocchio this tuesday and now i remember why i was obsessed with stop-motion animated movies when i was about 12-14. it was amazing
and yeah, 3 in the morning... we pretty much immediately went to bed when we got there
