I don’t really have a strict design tos, do what you want with the design I don’t rly care, you own them now

But here are some rules I'd like you to follow:

-do not delete them off TOYHOU.SE or when buying from an adopt batch delete/crop other characters off the original image 

-If you sell a design of mine to someone without a toyhouse account, please still keep the character on site, you can put them to a "sold off-site" folder or something, but I'd like to be aware of what's done with my design and who owns them

-If you just don't want the design anymore but don't want to sell it to anyone, you can give it to me instead of deleting it, I may be able to give something back

On the other hand for my art, if it's art made for you, you can use it in any way you want (as long as you do give credit), ask me before editing the piece and if it's something you're getting money from, please discuss with me beforehand

Also don't use the piece to promote anything political or anything generally in support of ideologies I disagree with (soeryyy my art my rules)

If it's not a piece made for you, do not use it. As simple as that 

Breaking these rules will get you blacklisted (you can talk to me still (i won't block you) to try to get out of the blacklist, but if you break it again, you will not be able to get out of it again

BLACKLIST

STRICTLY PERMANENTLY BLACKLISTED 

Do not give my designs/art to these people (you will be blacklisted) , and do not interact with me if you're them or close to them/a supporter of their actions (if publicly available info)(if reason stated as "personal", do not ask (unless close))

(do not harass anyone here no matter what)

-ghost_bones/ GhostBonesBasil (or any other alt.) (stalking, death threats, stealing characters, tracing, scamming, just generally shitty awful behavior) 

-Mossysproutt (on twt) (personal)

POSSIBLY NON-PERMANENT BLACKLIST

for breakers of my TOS/ generally not that serious stuff, probably good people i just for a reason or another no more want to do business with them
