Before purchasing/trading my designs, YOU MUST AGREE TO MY TERMS. Buying them means you agree to them. You will get blacklisted if you break my T.O.S!
Payments are UPFRONT 100%. I ONLY DO HOLDS UP TO 2 DAYS. NO refunds under any circumstance. You can contact me about payment plans if purchases goes up to $65+.
Please only offer/purchase if you are going to follow through with it. Don't AB or say you want to buy but then immediately backing out or deleting your reply. This will result in a blacklist from any of my designs and art. Don't impulse purchase please :[
If using my designs commercially please pay a 20$ fee! Fee can be paid at any time, but you can't use the chara commercially until then ^^

COMMISSIONS
-Pay 100% first, before I start the commission.
- Turn around time is about 2 weeks! You can DM me for updates, I don't mind small reminders.
- You always credit me for my art/designs, regardless if you post it privately or publically.
- Unless you're the buyer, do NOT use any comm'd works (e.g using comms as pfps, banners, etc)
- DO NOT use my art for AI generated art, NFTs, or commercial use.
- All shark style commissions are shaded!
- Please respect my decision if I decide to decline your commission.
Will draw: human[oid], furries, ships, self inserts/ocs, fandom fanart, manga/sprite style, mecha, cartoon gore/body horror |
Won’t draw: NSFW, abusive, hatful messages, incest/pedo ships, realistic gore. |
Cannot draw/Can't draw well: dragons, bird beaks |

DESIGNS
-DO NOT TRADE OR THE DESIGN YOU HAVE GOTTEN FROM ME UNLESS YOU HAVE ADDED ANOTHER PIECE OF ARTWORK
-Do not sell characters not bought with money! (E.G RAFFLES, TRADES W/ ART/CHARACTERS)

-You can only resale my designs for the base price, only when there's added artwork not drawn by the buyer you can resale for higher.
-ASK to redesign a character. I may or may not decline depending on the changes made.
-DO NOT erase the features of a POC/POC coded character. (E.G making skin lighter, changing their hair type)
-You may change a character you've purchased from me to be POC (E.G making their skin darker, changing their hair type)
-I can put the character up for other offers if the buyer falls through.
