By purchasing or obtaining an adopt/character/design from me, you agree to the following:

- Credit me with my toyhouse username (Chortanator) when uploading the design anywhere.
- Do not heavily watermark my work with your own watermark. Translucent/semi-transparent watermarks are fine, but opaque watermarks that make a large portion of the original design difficult to see are not.
- You can sell an adopt for more than you purchased it for only if you purchase additional art for it, and only at the total value of the combined pieces of art.
- You are allowed to redesign or edit the adopts that I make for you without asking me for permission.
- If you cancel a custom commission while I am in the process of working on it, I will keep the design that I have created and will give you a partial refund based on how far I got in the process.
- I offer plenty of opportunities in the drafting and sketching phases to make large changes to designs. If I show you a finished design and you aren't happy with any of it, then I have the right to decline to continue working with you, and to keep the completed design.
- Expressing public hatred/disgust/extreme dislike of a design or adopt you get from me, or trying to get rid of it immediately after you get it, will get you blacklisted from obtaining any of my designs in the future.
- If I have you on my blocklist on Chickensmoothie and/or Discord, you are blacklisted and ineligible to obtain any adopts, designs, or art from me, even from others in trades.
