siin's terms and services

please read everything in this bulletin, as interacting with my profile means you agree to everything here, and are subject to block or blacklist without warning if anything here is violated. i understand it is long but i am thorough, and i want to make sure not a thing is left out.

since i am mostly a design trader, my tos will mostly pertain to that.
when buying designs off of me, you are agreeing to this tos. anyone found in violation of it will be informed and blacklisted, depending.

"hey seb, why do you have so many warnings against offering on siin?" well, dear reader, that is because i have gotten way too many people commenting on his profile, despite the many warnings in place, asking for him. i don't care if it seems excessive, i'm at a point where i'm about to hide my main sona to avoid people trying to ask for him. he won't be fore sale, ever, so go the fuck away.

all sales must be done with cashapp !! i can also use venmo. i have paypal, but i only use it as a last resort, and i only do f&f payments with people i trust and know. if you require paypal, you're getting it as goods and services.

closed sales and trades - i do this often, when i am selling or trading designs i am in possession of that, while i no longer use them and want them go to a good home, i still feel a connection to them. i ask for closed trades and sales as it gives me a chance to reflect if i truly want the character, or not. if i do, i offer to buy or retrade characters back. it's a simple request, to be informed before a design i used to own is resold/traded. i will contact anyone found in violation of this, inform them, and depending on the response i get back, depends on whether or not the user is blacklisted. all i ask is to be informed before the character is resold/traded! it's nothing extravagant, i just wished to be informed, so that i can make my own offer on them, or i can keep track of where the character goes.

art and designs created by me - when using any art i have created, always credit me !! i love my art being shared around, but i also love a good credit ^^ if you reference or trace off of me, i am actually not too picky about this, just please inform me first, i won't bite !! as for designs; i make adopts and designs for the purpose they go to a good home and be used frequently. if i see that a design i have sold or trades has gone left unused, i may try and reclaim them. i am completely understanding of offsight uses, so if i'm kindly declined, and/or have things explained to me, then there's no harm or foul !! however if i am met with hostility or am left ignored {be it the user does this deliberately or doesn't use the site} then i may reclaim the design.

designs by me are not to be placed on auth only, or deleted from toyhouse. doing so will forfeit your ownership of the design. this is final, and unchanging, and will not be discussed.

gift art value - if i give anyone gift art, then that art is allowed to be added to the monetized value of the character !! just ask for my art price rates if tracking worth ^^

design reclaims - i do not condone unreasonable reclaims, nor will i ever do this out of spite or for any nefarious reason. i only ever reclaim designs if the design is very clearly unused for years, the current owner is starkly inactive, and/or the current owner is known to be problematic {i.e. someone who would be on my dni list}. i only do this to designs i have created, and will reach out to the owners of designs i haven't to seek input or help. if i reclaim a design you have gotten from me or someone else, please reach out to me. i am very understanding and will happily return the design if i know it's in good hands, or pay compensation if unwanted. please refrain from any hostility, as i'm very easy to work with ^^

offering on characters in my toyhouse - i am extremely protective of my cherished characters. rarely will i ever okay offers on my sonas, as they are very near and dear to my heart, and i have spent alot of time building on them and making them my own. if anyone ever offers on my sonas, you will be swiftly and promptly blocked. please do not dreamie favorite any of them either, as it makes me uncomfortable to know there are people waiting for the characters that are practically me. do not ask for pings either, as i just don't do pings.

offering things outside of money on characters - i am very simple when it comes to trading characters for anything besides usd. if you are offering character trades, i tend to look at quality and worth. if you are offering art, i prefer art matching; meaning, if the character has an icon and shaded halfbody, i may ask for either a fullbody, or an icon and half like the character has. i do not care if you price you art more than the character worth. if you offer art, i expect art in return for what the character has. if you don't approve of this, don't offer art.

closed species - i do have a handful of closed species designs that i cherish as much as some of my sonas. most of the time, my closed species characters are not for sale, as a hefty portion of them were gifted to me by my partner. if i ever do trade or sell one off, i will not void them. if you want the design, and don't wish to participate in the species, you're free to void the design yourself. otherwise, the design stays apart of its respective species.

this is something that should be self explanatory but here we are;

-are a pedophile, or enjoy anything loli, or sexual age play. {age play and regression are not the same thing !! regressors, you're safe here ^^}. 
-are a zoophile, or condone sexual feral art, or beastiality. art is a reflection of the artist; if you get off to it, then there's a blur between "reality and fiction".
-glorify psychopaths, irl serial killers, murderers, etc. personally, my big sister has the world's largest horror collection, so being die hard fans of movie slashers is fine, but glorifying and simping for people like dahmer, gacey, the night stalker, columbine, etc. is sickening. stay as far away from me as possible.
-are homophobic, transphobic, truscum/transmed, TERFs/SWERFs/TEHMs/TIRFs, racist, ablist, or xenophobic. keep your hate away from me.
-support trump, desantis, or any far right and hate spreading conservative politician.
-are a russian or north korean sympathizer {meaning you agree with the method their leaders take to run their countries} and you support the propaganda that comes out of these countries. this includes american dubbed cartoons, it makes no difference.
-support nfts or any form of cryptocurrency.
-{your} profile has any gross fetishes or themes; i'm just really not interested in all of that :/
-{your} profile is extremely bright and has flashing colours; i have very very poor eyesight, and bright colours and flashing gifs and images ache my eyes and can give me migraines.
-are a under 16. as i've grown i've found it increasingly hard to interact with younger folks. clearly, if we're friends and know each other, it's much less a worry !! but i'd pref if any minors i don't know to stay away.

blacklist

putting this here; no one on this blacklist are allowed to get any designs, art, or even characters from me. if i find people buy ocs from me to give to these people, you'll be added to this list.

wolfdoq - confirmed an adopt sale, only to delete my comment and send the adopt to someone else, even after sending them the money. apparently they've a history of this. don't trust popular designers because they're popular, alot are picks ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Satans_sexy_heels/Hargovesales - for general rudeness toward a friend, and deflating the worth of their art. value deflation is never okay.

⚠ Aramis - draws art of beastiality/pedophilia; block evaded to find out a minor's age; overall p gross person ?? i have acquired a few of their old characters to keep them from zoophilic art {no, i havent directly interacted with aramis, but i've gotten oc's of theirs from people who've bought off them or reclaimed their designs; see this as an example.}

Moma_Hydrius/Moma_Sells - ignored profile warnings and tried offering on siin, and block evasion.

BiggyBag - ignored profile warnings and tried offering on siin.

Andrew_Artz - ignored profile warnings and tried offering on siin; they claim that my post did not specify who was and was not for sale, because my profile warning, main profile, and folder description all say that sonas are off limits. and if you can't understand that "almost" does not mean all, you are sorely mistaken my friend. i make it explicitly clear about sona offers, and you violated that rule, so you get blacklisted. simple as that (:

⚠ K177Y/D0MA and _Shark/Whatever the fuck - these people wouldn't own any of my shit, but regardless they and all of their fucking friends need to stay as far away from me as fucking possible. they're vindictive liars who went out of their way to try and ruin the life of my closest friend. lied about his age, lied about reaching out to people about the things they claimed, used many many screenshots without the consent of others, took the screenshots heavily out of context, and took a time said friend was at his lowest and used it against him. we have proof to refute whatever bullshit they claim, and have proof that gaster has taken accountability for his mistakes and has taken the necessary steps to reconciliate, just reach out. also, they sat on this for years and didn't say shit until he cut ties with a weirdo child being overly possessive over a goddamn anime character. grow the fuck up. also as a grooming victim myself, calling him of all people a groomer is disgusting and you guys are sickening to me. YOU guys weren't cooerced into shit, he had no intention of gaining anything from you, he was being a dumb teen with his fellow teen friends. go to hell, all of you.

⚠Tycho - harassed someone who had gone to the hospital and claimed their reasoning was faked. behavior like that is vile and disgusting and often why many people reattempt. info here.

Anomura - i did a closed trade/sale {cannot remember which unfortunately} with this user a while back on furry amino. i was uninformed of the character in question being traded off, and had to go through a bit of a loop to find him again, which lead to some problems with the user whom ended up with him. details below.

Fluffysushi OR _The_Toxic_Artist_ - this ties in with anomura's blacklist; unfortunately this happened so long ago i'm not sure which user it was, and equally unfortunately, toxic's account has been closed. so, until corroborated who it was, or i suppose wasn't, these users will be on a greylist; i'd like to be informed before either obtain any designs or characters from me. however, one of the two were a user who, when i asked for the design back after refinding him, expressed unreasonable hostility toward me. against my better judgement, i avoided contacting the design's original owner to hard reclaim the design, but i wish i had. i remember being argued against, saying that- despite the fact the trade i had done was explicitly meant to be closed, and i be informed and asked before the design was traded/sold- that the moment the character left my hands, i 'lost custody' and any right to the design, which isn't fully the case. i do not own the character, no, but i have the right to reclaim if my tos is broken.

King_Miles - traded/sold a character that was a part of a closed trade.

⚠ wheezul - paid for a commission from him and waited for almost a year for it to be finished or to get a refund and i got neither; has a history of not finishing commissions; defended a minor for having p*rn on their phone as well. claims i "used them for art" when all i ever did was commission them, and paid for it too, and i never even got the art i paid for. edit; continues to change their "reason" for blacklisting me, being hypocritical, blacklisting people for being friends, and continuous slandering. overall a very vindictive person, get over yourself and admit you fucked up bro.

⚠ jvno - due to being informed of things recently, i've decided to forgo my former respect of amnesty, as i feel they aren't deserving of it anymore. this user is also well known as mimi, someone who has been known to be toxic and a bully. now, unfortunately, i'd taken their side in most of the issues and fights that have come up, and i've long since forgotten near years old drama from amino; i don't have proof, i don't have detailed accusations. however i do know theyve provenly bullied and degraded people, including neurodivergent people, which isnt okay, and they are manipulative and hypocritical. and worse, they support and are friends with someone who is just a very gross individual overall {see below}.

⚠ kora - kora, kora. honestly had forgotten about you until i joined mimi's server, and something tells me you had something to do with their decision to boot n block me for owning designs from someone you wanted to destroy. this person is a vindictive, manipulative {in their own words}, and toxic individual who degrades artists and their art behind their backs, pushes friends to block anyone they dislike, purposely misgenders anyone they don't like, freely shares intrusive thoughts about harming animals, has podophilic ships between their ocs {and art to accompany this}, has falsely accused tabel and others of being a pedophile, tells people to off themselves, and so so much more. i wouldn't be surprised if mimi was apart of this considering the amount of shit they talked on tabel. for more information, and all the proof one could need, on kora and the accusations placed on them, please read here. you blocked me for being friends with goob, i never even got to interact with you much before that, and definitely not after. and honestly, i'm glad. because now i wouldn't want to touch you with a ten foot pole. :/

FaerieBlue - whitewashed a POC design from @Nukacola, claimed the skintone was "orange" and "didn't look like a person of colour" {they turned the character pale white with grey eyes that kinda look blue :/} whitewashing is NEVER okay for ANY reason. not knowing the character is a POC is no excuse.

⚠TwigTheStickling/Bxtch - suspected DID system faker and scammer; known to harass people over trades and 'inciting mobs' instead of handling situations maturely, lied about a character having "extra art" to justify an unreasonable price of $20 for 3 traditional sketches, and a traced fill in, then showed hostility when asked to see said art {art was never added/shown, leading to believe this was a lie}.

⚠ deadluvrr#6969/chocolatemalt#1111 - attempted to steal siin, lied about it and fought to keep him as their discord pfp.

⚠ RainstormReverie - while i am sure this user is a good person and all, i was not a fan of our interaction and don't really wish to interact with them again. they offered art on a character i own, and when i gave my price, argued it unfair since they price their art well into the hundreds; their art is good, but the art the oc had was just as good in quality {artist just priced themselves less}. i personally believe in art matching when art is offered. if you care about monetized worth, just buy the characters and don't offer art at all. the interaction gave me superiority vibes, and it felt like they were trying to tank the value of the artist's art, and say theirs was worth more. edit;; spoke with some friends for a second opinion and they seem to agree with me- the artist's art wasnt any better in quality than the designers, and insinuating that what i asked for was somehow way too much really feels as though they don't believe the designer's art is worth much at all. which is not okay; you are allowed to price your art how you want, but you aren't allowed to degrade other's art worth just because they happen to price theirs lower. 
for reference; this is the designer's art of the oc they wanted, and this is their art. if anyone can logically explain to me how their art is so much better that they couldn't match the art the oc had, i'll bite my tongue and shut up.

furry amino - very unlikely i'll sell or trade any designs to users who use furry amino, or really amino in general. the community is toxic and i don't feel comfortable giving my designs to a majority of people on there. if you use furry amino, and intend to share any of the designs bought from me there, i'd refrain from offering on my characters. temporarily lifted
