Notes:
- Commissions, art trades and requests are closed! Please ask to be put on a waiting list for when they open.
- I'm fine with people using my art as their pfp, as long as the art isn't by someone else and the character is owned by you.
- Make sure to ask any questions regarding my T.O.S if you have any!
Commission T.O.S
- By commissioning me you agree to the following:
- Please be aware that I have the right to decline commissions which require me to draw things that I am not comfortable with! Don't force me to draw anything but please ask if you are not sure.
- Be aware that your commission may take from a week to a few months before it is complete. If you need it sooner, please let me know at the start so I can see what is possible. However, generally it will take a while so only commission if you like my art and are fine waiting.
- I may also change the color palette slightly of your characters in commissions due to filters and art style. Let me know if anything is an issue and we can discuss things privately.
Design T.O.S
- Resale/trade/gifting my designs is fine as long as it doesn't end up with people on my blacklist.
- Recoloring and minor edits are okay! Just don't claim my art as your own and remember to credit me. Major changes may be allowed depending on the circumstance given.
- If you'd like to use my designs and turn them into a CS let me know and I can either edit them in for you or i'll allow you to edit them yourself. (I'd also love to see the changes ><)
- Feel free to change the gender of my designs. I will provide 3 additional palettes to each design that I make, but I can make more palettes (or with my permission you could) just ask me :)
- For commercial or posting for monetisation please DM me so we can discuss the matter further.
Not allowed:
- Do not heavily reference, inspire, copy or steal off my designs.
- Please don't sell my designs for more than you have bought them for,. if there's extra commissions into the character please let me know so I can appraise it and allow resell for higher values.
- Do not give designs to people off my blacklist or you may end up on my blacklist too. Blacklisted users will not be able to own anymore designs from me, art or commissions. If a serious offence is associated with the blacklisted user, I may revoke the design as well.
Blacklisted users:
- Mewmewmori - threatened suicide because i didn't say hi to them for 2 weeks. After an attempted reconciliation they kept being rude and when I said that i recorded their convo (and them mocking my words/english) they got mad and said it was illegal. I have the right to record conversations if I feel threatened (+for evidence)..
- sentakyn - mewmewmori's boyfriend who sent me a violent description of mewmewmori/his character oc in a threatening way with gory details, attempting to deny it later on. Witch-hunted me after he situation.
