Hello friends! I am opening one custom unicorn adopt to be started in March.  I am a slow designer so please be aware that I will work on this  between other things and also that you're getting a design made with  much care and love so that takes me getting ino a good designing  headspace. Thanks for understanding! If you have any questions please  feel free to comment below or send me a private message so I can answer  any questions before you bid!

What you get if you win the auction: You  will get a CLOTHED custom FULL-SIZED Unicorn without a nude version.  This is a single full body off-base illustration produced in marker. It  will not be mailed.

AUCTION INFORMATION AND RULES

 FIRST, MY UNICORN ADOPT RULES. READ THEM AS ANYONE BIDDING ON THIS ADOPT WILL BE BOUND BY THESE RULES:

• Especially note my designs cannot be used for commercial purposes (they are for personal use only) and cannot be resold. More info in the Rules document.
• Do not claim my artwork as your own

ADOPT RULES, PLEASE READ THEM! Nicky's Unicorn Adopt Rules

STARTING BID: $160

MINIMUM BID INCREASE: $5

AUTO-BUY: none

AUCTION ENDS: Sunday February 19th at 10 am pacific time. (If the time needs to change due to my health or other factor, I will update this ASAP.) Plus a 5 minute snipe guard ON BOTH SITES (which means auction ends at  10 am or 5 minutes after last bid whichever is later, if someone bids at  10 am or just before).

This auction will be taking place both on Deviantart (here) and on Toyhouse

•  I will be using the time stamps on each site to determine who bid  first. If person A is on Deviantart and claims starting bid, and person B on Toyhouse claims it as well, I will use time stamps to determine who  was first. I will then reply to the person who bid second to advise of  the currently valid bid.
•  If you are outbid by someone/multiple people on the other site, I will  reply to that to let you know what the current highest bid is.
•  The five-minute snipe guard applies to BOTH sites! 
•  Please recognize that I will be doing my best to keep everyone informed  and also will be relying on site timestamps, as well as not playing  favorites. Please don't argue with my replies informing you that you've  been outbid. Thank you for helping me make this go smoothly.
•  I will be asking the winner to confirm that they agree to my rules before accepting their custom

 Payment must be received within 48 hours via paypal, USD currency.  Please Do Not Claim if you do not have the money! NOTE ME if you must  retract the bid if there is an emergency, no hiding or editing bids,  please! Retraction without first doing this will result in ban from my  adopts.

•  For  this auction I will be allowing simple payment plans if the bidding  reaches $200 or more but you must mention in your bid you will need a  payment plan so I know what to expect. I will require 50% within 24  hours and the remaining 50% two weeks later. Please only bid if you know that you can  pay as you winning the auction means others cannot and I will have  missed out on needed funds! Bid responsiblity and within your ability. Failure to do so will result in ban from my adopts.
• No claims accepted for accounts under three months old, I also reserve the right to decline any bid for any reason.
