Hello! I've done enough freebies on here to constitue this so here we go! This is just where I wanted to set some ground rules and put the cool down on here. Everyone who's gotten one already is free to do so again! 

General Rules: 

1. You can sell them. I understand that sometimes you might not connect to a OC like you might thought you would've, and you might want to let them go! But also emergencies happen and I don't want to deprive someone of getting needed funds. So while you can sell em, you MUST inform them of this rule AND the fact you got them for free! That makes it the buyer conscious choice to purchase the character. If you buy them at a price, the OC can become that worth! 

2. Once gotten, do whatever you like! Change their hair, feature, fandom, etc! So long as I'm credited for my art I don't care. If you maybe change it too much, consider gifting the character? I dunno it up to you! 

3. Do not put my characters in extremely problematic situations (that are promoting! Otherwise can be debated ig.) If I find out I'm straight up blocking you! 

4. I will never retract or attempt to take back a character! Whether you break a rule here multiple times with warning or I block you in general. I simply believe it's more trouble than it's worth and instead opt to abandon the character. It would be so cool if you gifted it but I can't stop you and won't. Just don't contact me if I don't want that. 

5. Be courteous! I usually put them up as FCFS and you might miss one by a few seconds. Don't harass or complain please! I will block you if I see evidence that you're pestering people or causing issues.

Cooldown rules: 

1. This isn't a punishment! Everyone who gets a freebie goes here, it's just so Everyone can try to grab one! 

2. The cooldown list resets after 10 freebies! If you're on the list you can't get one! After the list is reset, it's free game! Do not attempt to evade this by second accounts or parties, that can get you and others blocked.
