You know Animal Jam? And how there are these extreme biomes that are right up against each other with this harsh border? This world has that. I don't have a current good updated map but what I consistently make it is that the beach biome is fairly consistent and borders the entire continent. There is some reason no one has ever left it, or if they have they've never come back. There is also a large desert Sahara-like biome that splits the continent (the landmass in its entirety is hourglass shaped, desert is the thin part). To get from one side to the other you have to cross it. I've also considered making this an artic biome. Either way, not good.
