Terms of Service of Adoptables:

● Once paid for, you may do whatever you wish with the character. Be it change their name, gender, story, and edit their looks. The character is completely yours.
● Payment in USD. Payment via PayPal invoice.
● No refunds.
● Payment must be received within 24 hours of buy date.
● You can use notes for anonymous AB.
● You can buy it for yourself or for a friend.
● May resell or trade, but may be traded as long as I am notified BEFOREHAND and resell not higher than what you paid for, unless you have extra art.
● Do not claim original design/art as your own.
● You may NOT use my designs and characters for commercial use UNLESS this was discussed and agreed on beforehand.

Terms of Service of Commissions:

● I hold the right to deny any art request regardless of content.
● I only accept USD through Paypal. Payment will be done by invoice only.
● Payment UPFRONT.
● I will not offer a refund, unless I am unable to finish the commission.
● If requested, I can send you progress screenshots. Please note that after completing the piece, I will not make any revisions. It is your responsibility to check for any potential inaccuracies.
● You can generally expect your commission to be finished within the week, but I will contact you if it's expected to take longer. Please inform me ahead of time if there is a time limit. I may charge a little extra depending on the length of time.
● You're not allowed to use my art for commercial use nor gain money with it in any shape or form, unless we mutually agreed on it.
● You must be of legal age (18 or older) if you're purchasing a NSFW commission. I am not responsible if people lie about their age.


Violators will be blacklisted and banned from owning my designs.
