Hihi I’ve been debating making one of these for a while since i get asked some of these quite a bit (and some extras) ^^ 

Names - Bucky is my name and my user, tho I also like Buck and any other nicknames you can come up with 

DMs - Sure! Though I can get a bit worried with random DMs so I prefer comments 

Friends/Mutuals lists - Ofc! Add me to anything you’d like :D

Character links - Go ahead!

Art/Design trades - Yep! Just go ahead and message/comment and I’ll respond when im able to do one ^^ 

Commissions - Always open! I take paypal and deviantart points

Requests - I prefer you don’t come to me just asking for free art, I take requests from time to time and open them in bulletins/ads/forums so you can always ask there, or if I like your character and want to draw it I’ll ask!

Art/Design/Character inspo - Go ahead! I don’t mind inspo from my characters or designs, just make sure they aren’t too close in similarity and go by the owners/designers tos as well!

Drawing my characters - YES!! I love recieving art, you can draw my characters whenever you want whether alone or with your own characters, you don’t even have to ask ^^ 

Redesigning characters - Go ahead and redesign designs you own by me all you want! If you want to redesign one of my characters or make an alt form please ask first

Referencing/Tracing my art - Sure! You can even post it if you’d like, my art’s quite simple so as long as you give credit when tracing I don’t mind! Just make sure if you’re doing art for someone else they’re aware and okay with it too

Using my characters as pfps, faceclaims etc - If they’re my design and you own them, go ahead and do whatever you want just as long as you credit me, but please don’t use my characters that I own as pfps or faceclaims, especially my main ones ^^’

Dreamies folders - Sure! Even if they’re never going anywhere I don’t mind, Im happy you like them! 

Asking for pings - Go ahead! Lots of my characters I’ll most likely forever home, but there’s no harm in asking! 

NSFW art - Currently no as I’m a minor

Gore/Creepy art - Depending on the character sure ^^ Just double check with me first! 

Asking to chat/play games - Ofc! I may be a bit awkward or slow to reply sometimes but go ahead :D
