Adoptable Terms of Service

1. You can change the name, species, and gender after purchasing the adopt(s)
2. You can buy the adopt(s) for someone else as long as I know who
3. Adopts are usually set prices in :points: and/or USD
4. USD payments must be from Paypal and :points: will need to be sent by gift or commission widget (I will specify on each adopt)
5. Please specify which payment method(s) you plan to use when you claim the adopt
6. Do not offer payment if you do not have it when claiming
7. Do not hide/edit bids after bidding in auctions PERIOD.
8. Do not offer art/characters/etc. unless otherwise stated (usually allowed in OTAs/DTAs/etc.)
9. Do not offer art if you cannot complete it and/or do not plan to go through with it
10. Do not offer at all if you plan to back out. Serious buyers/offers only.
11. Do not complain about price! I work hard to make these adopts! If you don't like it, don't buy!
12. You cannot change the design majorly but can edit them. If you have questions about this, feel free to note me!
13. You cannot sell the design for more than what you paid unless added art
14. You cannot claim the design as your own or use these designs until you have paid IN FULL
15. Do not TRACE, COPY, and/or STEAL my adopts PERIOD.
16. Doing so will get you blocked/banned PERIOD.
17. I will now only do holds of up to 48 hours. After this time has passed I will reopen the adopt if you have not paid.
18. Adopt are sold on a first come, first serve basis unless otherwise stated
19. Do not try to haggle with me. I will not lower my price just because you want "special treatment"
20. In your claim, add the password "skittles" so that I know you read these!
21. Do not sell/trade/etc. my adopts/designs to banned users.
22. Don't ask for favors/beg/bicker when it comes to the adopts. If you didn't get the adopt, there will be others.

NEW RULES ADDED BELOW!

23.If you do not pay within 48 hours of claiming an adopt, it will be reopened for others to purchase! The only exception is for repeat customers whom I know and trust ^^
24. Art offered on an adopt now must be completed within 1 month of purchase! If you fail to do so, I will reopen the adopt for others to purchase!
25. If you do not want one of my design anymore, let me know! I will gladly take it back if you wish to return it or we can talk about other options via note! ^^
