Make sure to read these terms carefully before acquiring any kind of art from me, as by doing so, you agree to abide by them.

Purposefully violating them may result in an inability to do business with me in the future.

Designs

The following terms apply to all designs made by me, regardless of how they were obtained:

• My designs may not be resold for more than their original selling price, unless they have received additional art. Designs originally made as freebies are an exception: they cannot be sold for any kind of currency, only re-gifted or traded.
• Redesigns of my designs are allowed regardless of how drastic the changes made may be. Permission to do this is not needed.
• Contact me before transferring my designs into any closed species or ARPGs.
• Do not remove my credits from my designs, and do not pass them off as someone else's, even if heavy changes were made to them.
• My designs may not be used in hate speech of any kind (inculding but not limited to homophobia, transphobia, racism, xenophobia, ableism and religious-based discrimination) or art promoting pedophilic, zoophilic, and/or necrophilic acts.

Note that I do not revoke designs nor do I have a public blacklist. Contact me inmediately if a third party attempts to enforce either on my designs.

The following terms only apply to designs made specifically for closed species, ARPGs, and similar groups:

• Should any of the above rules contradict group-specific rules, contact me so I can sort it out with staff.
• Unless an adoptable was originally sold for real-life currency, my designs may not be resold in exchange for it.
• All current owners of my adoptables automatically have permission to transfer them out of the group they were made for. Once successfully transferred out, the list of terms above applies.

Art Pieces

The following terms apply to all my non-adoptable art pieces, regardless of how they were obtained:

• Small changes to the canvas are allowed (ie. cropping, applying color filters, etc.), but major changes (such as drawing on top of it or tracing) are not.
• My art pieces may not be used for commercial gain unless they were explicitly made for that purpose.
• My art may not be used for NFT projects or any endeavor involving cryptocurrency or blockchains. Uploading it to an image-generating AI's database (for example, Stable Diffusion) is not allowed either.
• Do not pass my art off as someone else's or remove my credits from the piece. Do not obscure or remove my watermark from the full piece.
