I reserve myself the right to refuse a commission I am not comfortable with. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to having read and accepted my terms of service.

Turnaround times range from same day delivery to a month +.
Please note that I have other real life priorities as a wife and mother. Sometimes I have a lot of free time on my hands, other times I'm overwhelmed with family duties. I am also very active as a helping staff at my stables (daily chores, competitions, festivals...). Feel free to ask for updates and explanations, I'm an open book. Please note that I do commissions in order (oldest to newest), so make sure to check my To Do List to see if I am ready to start yours. If you can't wait, then please don't commission me!

You are not allowed to edit my artwork without my permission.
Any edits should be made by me during sketch approval. I will not make major changes past this stage. You may request as many WIPs and updates as you'd like during progress, or even request a stream. You may not modify the artwork or ask someone to do it for you. You may, however, resize/crop to create yourself a personal icon or banner, for example. This applies to art from trades/requests also.

If the image takes more than a week for me to sketch, FEEL FREE TO POKE ME.
Sometimes all I need is a small jab. I'm only human, and may end up with art block, or just not notice days have gone by. Please note that I do commissions in order (oldest to newest), so make sure to check my To Do List to see if I am ready to start yours. I work this way so no one has to wait months while I finish something someone else ordered in a matter of days.

After the sketch is completed and the artwork paid for, refunds will not be allowed.
Payment is to be sent in full either before or after sketch is completed and approved. I will ask for a deposit on orders exceeding 100$ before the project is started. If it is the case for your order, do not send said deposit before I am ready to start your commission.

Payments will be through PayPal, in USD.
Make sure you checked the converstions first if you use a different currency. This will prevent miscommunications and issues. Paypal may tell you it changed your USD payment to CAD. This is normal, I am from Canada. I charge USD prices because I mostly use it to pay for things in USD over the internet, and most customers are used to USD prices.

My art is not for commercial use.
Do not sell or create any merchandise with my art on them. If you would like to get an art piece I made for you printed on something (t-shirt, tot bag, etc.) for yourself (or a friend you commissioned the art for), you must ask my written permission first. I will most likely say yes. This applies to art from trades/requests also.

I will not copy designs/styles from another artist.
Do not ask for something that looks like someone else's art/character design. I will not copy from another artist, this is considered copycatting/stealing. I will simply ignore (or in serious cases, report) you. You can provide mood boards, color palettes, real life pictures and written descriptions instead. I am ok with reproducing commercial styles (ex: Disney or other cartoons) as this is considered Fanart.

Do not complain about my prices.
Art is a privilege, and takes time. If you'd rather not pay for my time, then don't. An art piece of 60$ takes me around 8-10 full hours, so that means I'm working for less than 7$/hour. If my prices offend you, swallow your pride or go bother someone else.

Frequent buyers can get discounts.
If you have purchased more than 5 times from me, no matter the type of art, you might be eligible for discounts. Discounts range from 10% to 25% off base price. It varies with the type of art you've bought in the past, and the number of times/frequency you've bought from me. PM me for details and to verify how much you're eligible to.
