ADOPT TOS

O1. all of my adopts are credited to m0em3w or m3wm0e on TH.

O2. do not steal, trace, or heavily reference my designs.

O3. do not resell/trade adopts before two weeks have passed.

O4. do not resell for a higher price unless there is extra art.

O5. ab holds for 3 days max. (no bid holds unless bid is over $50, 3 day hold max)

O6. if I accept your bid reply within 48hrs or your bid is invalidated.

O7. TH is required to own an adopt of mine.

O8. do not offer what you don’t have.

O9. no snail/back bidding unless given a reason.

1O. i will not do personal redesigns if the adopt is fully colored+shaded 

(if it is a messy adopt I’m willing to do minimal changes, otherwise you will do the changes yourself)

11. no refunds.

12. no commercial use unless stated in the adopt.

13.  art offers must be done after two months have passed (lmk if you need an extension)

COMMISSION/CUSTOM TOS

O1. payment will be after the sketch is sent.

O2. once sketch is approved there will be no further changes.

O3. no commercial use.

O4. wait time will be two weeks to two months+ (depending on the amount of art)

O5. feel free to check up if I do not send updates!

O6. I will cancel unpaid commissions/customs if I am not up to it.
