TERMS OF SERVICE

BIDDING
Timer starts once the first bid is placed. Bid ends three days after the initial bid.
You have 12 hours after the end of the auction to reply if you're the top bidder / wish to purchase the adopt.
Payment must be done within 72 hrs (3 day hold) after confirmation. If there's no payment during that period, the second best bidder may be contacted OR the bid continues. Safe payments done through DM invoicing on Artconomy. Payments can also be done through Ko-Fi.
Auction is still open till purchase is done and ownership had been transferred to the bidder, or purchaser.
DO NOT place your bid UNLESS you are financially sound.
Please Bid in the designated comments.
You may do a private bid, but you have to include in your message which adopt are you bidding for.
If people bid last minute, we'll extend deadline by 30 minutes to prevent 'sniping'.
If you fail to pay in time after several reminders, you'll be banned from future auctions.
If you break our TOS, you'll be banned from future auctions.
FLAT PRICE
Flat priced adopts are single pay adopts. These will be put up in our Artconomy store. You will find the most up to date information about those adopts on Artconomy since people can immediately purchase those.
YCHs
Original YCH base cannot be modified per request, but may be updated based on feedback if there is an issue with a frame or section.
If YCH has the option to change the text, it should not depict controversial or hateful content.
Extra complex characters or with addons may be subject of an additional fee.
MYO and CUSTOM ADOPTS
MYO, Fusion grids and sheet adopt events are (FCFS) first come first serve, and holds can be set up to 3 days max.
Holds can be renewed a max of 3x ONLY if there hasn't been someone doing a reservation claim, or if someone is willing to pay on the spot after the 3 day hold expired.
Custom adopts cannot be of an established Fandom Species that we're not partnered with to avoid conflicts.
COMMUNICATION
We tend to be communicative with our clients and we strive to reach out ASAP to make any transaction stress free as possible.
Our reply time is 1 - 4 hours and/or the same day the person has sent the message. If you haven't gotten a reply in more than a day; read our status updates in case we have a backlog or any other issues had raised.
We notify our users if their hold is about to expire on last day.
We block users if we believe they've broken our TOS and all communication is cut off. We NEVER block users if we're in middle of a transaction or working under a commission as we still need to communicate.
PAYMENT
When Auction ends, or when you are ready to pay and adopt; communication is held privately to discuss payment information.
Payments done through DM invoicing on Artconomy only - USD, unless otherwise posted.
Sold adopts are not returnable / refundable.
Payment must be made within 24 hours after confirmation.
No shipping address necessary, since these adopts, commissions and YCHs are digital goods.
CREDITS
Please credit the designer.
Adopts sold and images may be still used as portfolio and for non-profit personal promotion by the designers.
DO NOT resell artwork and adopts as NFTs.
You may use your adopts for commercial use; that being as a online persona (Vtubing, Avatars, etc.), stickers, advertisements etc. Basically the use of your adopt is for financial gain.
DO NOT turn the adopt into a FANDOM SPECIES or an OS / CS.
"Open Species" / "Closed Species" refers to a fandom-specific design template with features called traits. Your adopt can be a "race, classification, kingdom" / in a personal world.
Free to redesign or do anything with the adopt but for PERSONAL USE ONLY, and shouldn't break other TOS rules.
You can resell with lower price or equal of what you get; unless commissioned art increases value.
If you get an adopt that came from any of the artists featured or from this store, you and the reseller are responsible that you're paying the right amount. If you are purchasing a resell, you can reach out to us to make sure the resell is of the same original price.
RULES OF CONDUCT
Refrain from harassing one another during and after any auction, or grid adopt.
Refrain from tracing, copying, or stealing these designs. Any instances of such will be reported.
