DESIGN RULES
➸ You may not resell an adopt for more than it's original worth unless additional personal or commissioned art is added. Gift/free art does not count.
➸ We allow light editing of an adopt, such as colors or patterns so long as it is recognizable, but the OG design must be on the profile somewhere.
➸ Do not create "children" or "parent" characters based off our designs.
➸ Co-Owning adopts is okay by us, but we must know at the time of purchase or be notified in some way. We will not solve co-own disputes.
➸ You may not create duplicate profiles of our designs.
➸ Do not claim our designs as your own work.
COMMISSIONS & CUSTOMS
➸ We will announce open commission and custom slots via bulletin.
➸ Please allow up to 1-3 weeks to receive your finished work, we are both college students and artists separate from this account.
➸ We will not reclaim ownership of a design once it is sold. After that, you'll have to decide how to care for them.
➸ Refusal to pay for a design or general rejection of a design allows us to repurpose the design however we please.
➸ We allow changes to be made throughout the custom process with 1 free redo.
➸ We have the right to decline any commissions or customs we find to be uncomfortable.
OUR ART
➸ All of our adopts are made with unique lines, we do not use bases unless specified.
➸ Do not heavily reference our artwork. Minor referencing is okay.
➸ Do not claim our artwork as your own and please properly credit us.
➸ We will not draw NSFW content for any of our commissions.
➸ If there is any concerns about our artwork or designs feel free to let us know and we will remedy it.
➸ Our work will only be posted via Toyhouse, Deviantart, Discord, Instagram, or Twitter. If it's seen elsewhere, it is stolen.
PAYMENTS
➸ We accept payment via USD PayPal, Cashapp, or Venmo.
➸ Holds and payment plans are allowed, but must be specified at time of purchase.
➸ If you fail to keep up on payments with no notice, we will not refund you and the design will be put back up for sale.
➸ We accept payments via Goods and Services or invoices only.
➸ We do not do refunds unless we deem we cannot finish a commission.
➸ All adopts will be transferred within 24 hours. If you do not reply, they will go to someone else
