COMMISSION PROCESS
- Before making your payment, the commissioner will lay out the details of  the commission they want to determine the price.

- Payment is upfront in full through PayPal and Venmo. I will start the commission once paid.

- Turnaround times vary greatly depending on a number of factors, such as complexity, your position in my queue, and client communication. From starting the commission to finishing the commission, expect an average of about two weeks.

- I will keep in contact with you and update you on each stage. (Generally  - Sketch, Line Art, Flat Colors, and Shading where applicable.) You will be free to give me feedback so that I can make your commission what you’re hoping for.

- Any major changes must be requested during the sketch checkup, or an extra fee will be requested. Mistakes (such as an incorrect design element) will be fixed free of charge.

TERMS OF SERVICE
- Commissioning me means you agree to these terms of service. Breach of these terms will result in a refusal to work with you in the future.

- Commissioned art is for personal use only. Selling prints or merchandise, for example, is not allowed. (Making it for yourself is perfectly fine.)

- Unless I’ve signed an NDA or similar contract with you, (which may be the case in professional projects) I reserve the right to use commissioned artwork in my portfolio. I will not use your commissioned work for direct commercial gain.

- I retain the right to turn down commissions I do not feel comfortable doing. Please feel free to ask about any of these terms if you are confused.

TERMS OF SERVICE - CHARACTER
- These terms specifically refer to adoptables and custom characters.

- Full rights go to the buyer. You are free to change your character, make the content you like with your character, create similar/derivative designs (like family members) for the character, and anything else. I will not and can not “revoke” designs for any reason.

- Personal and commercial use of the character is permitted, however, my own art of the character may not be used commercially. For example, you could make prints of your own art featuring the character, but you could not make prints of MY art featuring the character.

- You may resell the character, but upselling my designs without additional content is #uncool and may result in me being less willing to work with you in the future.

REFUND POLICY
- For commissions, full refunds and cancellations can be offered before I start working. I can only offer partial refunds after that point, depending on how much I have finished. For example, if you buy a rendered full body, and cancel it after I have laid down flat colors, you will be charged for a flat color commission and refunded the remaining balance.

- I can offer full refunds for designs for up to one week after purchase, or one week after the design has been completed. When you are refunded for a design, you forfeit full character rights back to me. I will not give refunds after the one week mark.

- It is for these reasons that I ask commissioners to be sure of themselves before committing to a commission.
