The rules apply to adoptables created after June 30, 2023
- you can transfer the character in any way
- you can use the character for commerce (vtube, comics, merch, games, etc.)
- you can make MINOR changes on top of the character sheet. Example: what detail you don’t like, you can change, something is missing, you can add, repaint one color, etc. (but! in this you have to show me, if there are too many edits, then you won’t be able to use the new version). You can not: completely change clothes, completely wash any details, completely repaint clothes, etc. The original version cannot be deleted, and the new one must be signed that it has been changed by you.
- Do not sell more than the amount spent. The amount includes the price of the character, commissions, work from you, art trades. It doesn't matter how much you get from commercial use. When trading, the character is the amount that the other person spent.
- this is rather a request, in order to avoid scammers: if you transfer outside the site, then add "inform the new owner to the author".

I would be very happy if you add this TOS to characters that were received before the specified date. But it's only optional.

Rules for arts. In principle, they always acted, this is rather for clarification
- You can not use art for commercial activities. I don't draw art for commercial use at all
- you can not change the art in any way, except for the color scheme (for example, you can apply some kind of filter). Immediately say what is wrong on the colored sketch!
