1. Please do not edit my art without asking first. Making changes to designs are fine unless stated otherwise before the moment of sale, but just shoot me a DM before you edit directly on my original art.

2. Only add the value that you put into receiving the art/character from me onto the character. If you paid $25, you may add $25. If you paid nothing, you may not add any monetary value to the character.

3. My art may not be used to promote hateful or discriminatory rhetoric of ANY sort. Do not commission/request/trade for art for characters who promote hateful or discriminatory content. This may include, but is not limited to, homophobia, transphobia, racism, queerphobia of ANY SORT (yes, this includes anti-neopronouns and anti-xenogenders), sexism, ableism, pedophilia/MAP support, mocking people for being "cringe", or making fun of interests. This is not an exhaustive list.

4. Do not use my art to train AI or mint NFTs.

5. If you wish to use my art or designs for commercial purposes, please contact me so we can work something out that works for both of us. What this is will depend on what you're looking to do with them, and if you're wanting to directly use my art, or just a character that I designed.

6. Please try not to delete my designs. If you absolutely need to, then you may, but if you can't connect to a design and can't sell/trade them, please feel free to reach out to me, I'd be happy to try and work something out with you to find them a new home.

7. I have a blacklist, but it is not public. Thus, you will not be banned from purchasing from/trading with me for selling/trading/gifting my art or designs to these users, though I will reach out if I notice it. If it is a continuing issue after I've reached out to you to ask you to stop, that is when you will be banned from obtaining my art or designs.
