This TOS counts for any of my designs/art bought/ordered on and after the date it's posted (June 10th - 2020)

Designs:

- My designs cannot be sold for more than was originally paid (+ the value of art ordered/drawn)

- If the design is majorly edited, (obviously different/shifted colour palette, major design edits, additional large traits that make the design visibly different, or an entirely different species, etc) then you may price it however you wish. However, if it is still recognizable as a 'revamp' of the original design, please follow the above rule.

- Items do NOT count toward additional edits/features to the design

- If the design was free or a design trade, you can't sell it for more than the art commissioned/drawn is worth. 

- They can only be sold for real currency (USD, CAD, EU) If that's what you originally paid with.

- Not Required but heavily preferred, if you sell or trade a design I've made, please let me know!

- The above rules count towards any design trades I've done, auctions I've hosted, commissioned designs, or gift designs. 

- If the Design is an auction and the winner doesn't contact me/send payment/etc, I have the right to put the design back up for auction after 48 hours.

Art/Commissions:

- I require a shadingless ref/art piece when ordering a commission from me. 

- descriptions fall under design commissions

- I accept payments of USD and CAD.

- when paying (no matter the currency) I require half of the payment up front, and half after, or all of it halfway through the art process.

- If i trust you/am friends/am confortable with you; you're not required to pay until the commission is finished

- Unless stated otherwise, ordered art will be flat-coloured and clean-lined.

- My art is usually done on CSP.

- any nagging, bribing, begging or whining throughout the commission process will lead to me either not accepting or cancelling your commission.

- If I'd already accepted half of the payment up front and some progress has already been done, I will not be refunding it.

- If I am closed, please do not order from me

- If you don't approve the sketch I send you, I will try to redo the sketch, but if you never reply(having read it), I will not continue the commission until you respond

- I reserve the right to repost my art anywhere, no matter the character, as I still drew it, and may use it as an example of my work.

- If reposting my art anywhere, please credit my toyhou.se (GlitchedAjax) or my DeviantArt (Ajaxx17)
