Since it's been two years since the last bulletin I thought I'd put up another one in case ;v;

tight on funds and quite out of the adopt community so lmk if there are any kids you'd like to rehome! Mostly will only entertain resales though, I'm very unlikely to accept trades for art or other designs ;v; thanks in advance!

Also as an aside, where does everyone hang out to commission artists? I'm looking at possibly opening comms but have been so out of the loop I don't know where the market is anymore @@

and regarding commissions, I usually do those through different discord community servers, with some inquiries via twt and insta sometimes! as mentioned before, vgen has been growing as a platform lately! from what I heard, <$50 get regular traffic from customers on the platform itself, and then higher commission options tend to need a bit of advertisement bolstering from the artists own social media.

Hi Amina, is good to hear from you <3 Don't really have the funds to offer on anyone, but hope they get good homes. And from what I've seen most people go to Insta or Twitter for comms but twitter is going downhill fast. So probably insta is your best bet.

i get comms from a chinese platform MHS (mihuashi) with the help of my friend to get chinese comms, i've also seen websites like arbum (thai artist platform) and vgen for comms as well! otherwise i find comms on instagram.

mihuashi is a little tricky,, since you need to have a card in china to work with and everything is in chinese so…it’s tough yes! i haven’t personally tried vgen yet but i heard a lot of artists have moved there.. and as for arbum it’s actually really easy! there’s an english guide on the website so it’s not too difficult to use, basically you buy these gems (the currency of the site) and then you use those gems to commission artists! They are similar to skeb (japanese comm platform for twitter) ^^

nice to see you on TH again!! I do still see a lot of artists open comms via TH bulletins, and it probably helps to cross-post the announcement (though not necessarily juggle accepting slots from every platform if that gets hectic!) since audience attention might be spread across competing SNS right now!

for commissions and art sales i recommend the art marketplace forum on here, they're very active! sometimes people post 'looking for' threads when theyre interested in certain comm types, its worth it to offer on those imo. i would recommend twitter BUT it is going downhill lately and a lot of people are leaving for various other places, it's so hard to find a good platform and market these days :'3
