DO:

• Trade/resell/gift my designs. (Only trade/resell with additional art!)
• Use my designs in whatever way you like! Give them different versions, make them into a CS, etc. Once you own them, they're yours!
• Make minor edits/changes. As long as the design is still recognizable to the original, feel free to change/add a few colors or make small tweaks! (If you're unsure about acceptable changes, feel free to DM!)
• Color pick if you want; I don't own colors or palettes, man.
• Make my designs private (you must authorize me so I can still see it)

• Resell a character for more than its original value, unless it has additional art. (This includes art you made yourself, commissions, or art done for you as payment/in exchange for something. Gifts/art trades do NOT count as adding additional value.)
• Remove my original art from the character's listing or edit my art.
• Delete the character. It's not cool. If you really don't want them anymore and have no other means to be rid of them, they can be transferred back to me.
• My designs aren't available for commercial use without explicit permission. Talk to me first. I reserve the right to refuse requests to use a design for commercial purposes for any reason.
• DO NOT sell or trade my designs anywhere other than Toyhouse. This is one of the most important rules. You can post art of them anywhere you'd like (Insta, dA, etc. - including my original art as long as you give proper credit) but the character cannot be traded or sold anywhere else. If I learn you have traded the character off-site, I reserve the right to repossess them. This is to prevent theft, as I want to continue to be able to keep track of my designs, and TH is really the only place I'm able to do so.

• Payment: USD through Paypal or Ko-fi. I don't use dA and am generally not interested in points. (Possible exceptions can be made, but I will prioritize other payment methods and offers.)  *Edit: Due to dA's public support of Israel in the ongoing Israel-Palestine conflict, I will not be accepting points for the foreseeable future. This may change eventually, but for now I'm standing firm on this. Apologies for any inconvenience.

• If you owe me art (as payment/in exchange for something) my general time limit will be 1 month. However, I understand that life happens and extensions will be available upon asking, you just have to communicate with me!
