Using ahegao / nsfw images as their icons??

I'm not one to bitch normally, even if that stuff does  bother me a bit, but dear lord there are children / minors on this website. Such icons shouldn't be okay at all.

I'm just wondering what makes them think having a porn-like pfp is an okay thing to have on a public, 13+ website.
