This is my TOS for my art, customs, ocs, general stuff, etc

General stuff:

DO NOT:

-Claim designs or ocs I’ve made/have as your own

-cannot sell ocs I’ve made if the character only has the art they came with

-DO NOT heavily reference my designs or characters that I have made or own, it’s rude and disrespectful

-don’t offer for a character if you plan to just give them away to someone else immediately after

-no homophobic or hateful art of any kind, before AND after trade

-Do not give my designs to people who have a history of theft, tracing, problematic things, etc

-do not ask to ship or make our ocs friends unless we are mutuals

-fan art is cool but don’t make it nsfw…that’s weird

YOU CAN:

-Please ping me if you lose interest in any of my designs and want to get rid of them

-Love my designs and take care of them <3

-sell designs if they have added art that isn’t from a trade or the image they came with

When it comes to art trades or offers:

If you offer art on a character or adopt please finish the art within a month. I understand if something happens and need extra time (just let me know) so in those cases I say 2 months. Otherwise I don’t do holds for longer than that

Art trades you can finish whenever as long as it gets done idm :)

If you offer anything other than art or character trades for an adopt or character and need a hold, I only do one month holds. (Ex: character vouchers)
